It has good machinability and is easy to weld, but it is also prone to corrosion and cracking. Compared to this, it is harder in greenhouses, so it can be used for parts that are subjected to heavy loads.
C5440 phosphor bronze contains lead, which has good machinability and cold workability. C54400 Phosphor Bronze shall not be used as a bearing, bushing, gear, shaft or other part. Features: good machinability, no burrs, good cold workability.
QSN4-3 is used in the manufacture of springs and other elastic elements. The Chinese name is tin bronze. Features: High abrasion resistance and elasticity, good magnetic resistance. It can be well processed by hot or cold pressing. In the hard state, it has good machinability and easy weldability. It has good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water and seawater.
