The preheating temperature is 100 °C±5 °C, not more than 120 °C, and the preheating temperature rises smoothly, the welding temperature is 245 °C±5 degrees Celsius, and the welding time is recommended not to exceed 3 seconds;

4. Design current value: the nominal current of the PIN pin connector is 20MA, and it is generally recommended that the current used is not more than 80% of the nominal value, especially for the display screen with a small spacing, due to poor heat dissipation conditions, the current value should also be reduced;

5. Control the verticality: For the in-line PIN pin connector, there must be enough process technology to ensure that the LED is perpendicular to the PCB board.
